We are happy to announce ScheduleOnce 7.0 with a new website and a slew of important features. This release adds important calendar and CRM integrations, bringing ScheduleOnce to new environments and extending it to all phases of the customer lifecycle.
Version 2.0 of the ScheduleOnce connector for Infusionsoft enables complete scheduling integration through all phases of the customer lifecycle. Key lifecycle processes such as lead generation, lead qualification, and customer onboarding can be powered with online scheduling, resulting in up to 3x increase in conversion rates, accelerated sales cycles, and increased customer satisfaction.
Our new Office 365 integration communicates with your Office 365 Calendar in real time using the Office 365 Calendar API. The connection is completely secure and ScheduleOnce does not have access to your Office 365 login.
Our new iCloud integration communicates with your iCloud Calendar in real time using the iCloud Calendar API. The connection is completely secure and your iCloud credentials are fully encrypted during transmission and storage.
Our new support center is a testimony to the importance we place on customer service and support. We are not only providing a product, but an end-to-end user experience that has to be outstanding across all interaction points with our company. To that extent, the Support center has been completely redesigned with a new look and feel and improved article categorization and search. We have also added many more articles that help our users get started and troubleshoot issues in their accounts.
We now have a firm release time for ScheduleOnce 7.0. The release will start on Friday, August 28, @ 10:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (GMT -4). There will be downtime of approximately 90 minutes and service might be intermittent for up to 5 hours after we go live.
We are happy to announce that we have passed the Salesforce security review and are cleared to go live with our Salesforce integration and ScheduleOnce 7.0 on August 29.

On August 29, the following key features will become available:
New Salesforce connector: The ScheduleOnce connector for Salesforce makes ScheduleOnce a seamless extension of the Salesforce platform. The connector will be compatible with Salesforce Leads, Contacts, and Cases and will keep Salesforce up-to date through all phases of the booking lifecycle.
New Infusionsoft connector: Version 2.0 of the ScheduleOnce connector for Infusionsoft will add a slew of highly-requested features, such as special links for scheduling with existing Infusionsoft contacts, custom field mapping, improved support for Infusionsoft tags, OAuth authentication, and more.
Office 365 Calendar integration: ScheduleOnce will communicate with your Office 365 Calendar in real time using the Office 365 Calendar API.
iCloud Calendar integration: ScheduleOnce will communicate with your iCloud Calendar in real time using the iCloud Calendar API.

Paul Sweeney is right. Integration with Outlook has killed many companies. We knew we were taking a risk, and that it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. However, as a company aiming for market leadership, we felt we could not ignore this important platform.
The private beta program lasted seven weeks, involving more than 500 users who helped us fine-tune the connector with their essential feedback.
On October 11, 2014, we ended the private beta program and released the connector as a public beta product. During this time, we continued improving the connector and adapting it to a wide range of corporate networks, firewalls, and security settings.
Today, we feel confident that the connector is ready to graduate from its public beta status and be labeled as a generally available product. We know it has taken us quite a while to get to this point. We took our time and have invested a huge amount of effort in the connector. This investment has paid off. ScheduleOnce is now the only scheduling vendor with a professional Outlook connector syncing in real time.
The Outlook connector is an exciting achievement, but we are not stopping there. Next month, we will be releasing two more important calendar integrations: Office 365 Calendar and iCloud Calendar. At that point, we will be integrating out of the box with all major calendar platforms: Outlook, Office 365, Google Calendar, and iCloud. We will continue to push the envelope in order to advance our product to its fullest potential.
ScheduleOnce 6.95 is a minor release, setting the stage for ScheduleOnce 7.0, which is planned for the July-August timeframe. The 6.95 release has multiple enhancements and fixes, the most notable being:
The status page provides real-time and historic updates on any planned and unplanned disruptions in the ScheduleOnce service. The page is available at status.scheduleonce.com. The video library is a collection of video tutorials available at video.scheduleonce.com or as context-sensitive links throughout the application. The video library is launched with 14 videos and you will see this number double in the coming months. Browse the video library
Additional billing contact
Your finance department now has easy access to all ScheduleOnce invoices. You can add an additional email address for a billing contact that will be copied on all invoice emails generated by ScheduleOnce. This can be done from the Account page -> Billing tab -> Transactions.

ScheduleOnce 6.9 is all about improving communications. We are giving you the power to completely control how you communicate with your Customers and Users throughout the entire booking lifecycle.
Custom notification templates: Completely customize the content and look and feel of any email or SMS notification to your Customers and Users.
SMS support: Send any confirmation, reminder or follow-up notification via SMS to your Users and Customers worldwide.
New User and Customer notification sections: You now have complete control over all notifications to your Users and Customers.
Email from your domain: Send all ScheduleOnce emails from your company’s domain and email address of your choice.
Improved Booking forms: Completely control the Booking forms that customers fill out when making a booking.
Improved reminders: Reminders are now available independently to Users as well as Customers, and can be configured with different templates and delivery methods.
Tracking ID: Each ScheduleOnce booking has a unique Tracking ID that can be used to reference a specific booking when communicating with your Customers.
To enable the above features, we have added two powerful WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) editors under a new Tools menu:
The Notifications template editor (beta): This editor allows you to create fully customizable email and SMS templates for all notification scenarios. The editor includes a library of close to 50 dynamic fields. You can insert these fields into email and SMS templates to make them more informative and personal. The editor is released as a beta product so that we can gather feedback on the actual templates that our users create. We expect the beta program to last a few weeks.
The Booking form editor: This editor allowsyou to collect data from your customers in the most precise and efficient manner. You can create different booking form templates and use them in your booking pages and services with no limitations on field titles and ordering.

Notifications to customers and users are a critical component of the ScheduleOnce platform. From requests such as booking, rescheduling, reminders and cancelling, we make sure our users and their customers never miss each other.
Today, all ScheduleOnce notifications are handled via our automated email templates. While these templates are good, many customers have asked for more control and more options:

SMS support: Send any ScheduleOnce notification via SMS to any valid mobile number worldwide.
Email integration: Send all ScheduleOnce emails from your company’s domain and email address of your choice.
We spent the vast majority of 2014 working hard to develop these features and we are happy to announce that they will be going live soon. SMS support will be available to all paid accounts, while template customization and email integration will be available to our Enterprise accounts.
